FIT will provide shipping via DHL Ground to all Continental United States. All International shipments will be provided by the purchaser.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT POLICY
** Please remember Xperinet fashioned the software therefore FIT has limited software warranties. **

Units purchased from Xperinet and Future IT as of September 1, 2007 and manufactured by (Future IT) will be warranted for parts and limited software problems. Telephone support and return material authorizations are also available. The dealer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses and must ship the units to FIT in proper double boxing and padding. (We ask that you add insurance to your shipments for your protection) Support for all units purchased prior to September 1, 2007 requires a fee of $150.00 per hour. This fee is required to be paid via credit card or certified check. Any machine purchased prior to November 1, 2006 is ineligible for in-warranty and out of warranty services. All Orion MC-2190’s purchased prior to November 1, 2006. (These units were not manufactured by Future IT.

How to contact FIT for tech support.
Initial contact is preferred via email. Emails should be sent to greg@futureitinc.com For phone tech support you can call 240-264-1266 and speak with Megan. Megan will qualify the call and forward to the proper person who can assist with any problems. A technician will only be available via phone between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday EST. It is highly recommend that initial contact be made via email first.
When speaking with Megan she is going to need the following information:
• System Serial Number
• Approximate Original Purchase Date
• System Type/ Model Number

Without this information the level of support given will be very limited.
